How do you ensure plants survive shipping?
We use specialized eco-friendly packaging designed to secure the plant and retain moisture during transit, ensuring it arrives healthy and vibrant.
Do you offer a care guide for your plants?
Yes, every order includes a digital care guide tailored to your specific plant species, covering light, water, and soil requirements.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified within 12 hours of placement. Once the selection process begins in our greenhouse, we are unable to make changes.
What should I do if my plant arrives damaged?
Please take a photo of the plant and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery and contact our support team for a replacement or refund.
Are your pots included with the plants?
All plants are shipped in sustainable nursery pots. Decorative ceramic or terracotta pots can be added to your order separately.
Do you ship during winter months?
Yes, we include complimentary heat packs in shipments sent to colder climates to protect tropical plants from freezing temperatures.
